Why? What?, and How? They might be the most important questions that should be asked in sequence before starting anything.
The question 'Why?' can be the way of tracing the appropriate approach to a given problem. For example, removing a problem itself can be the most effective way instead of solving the problem. A shampoo-making firm had a problem related to the packaging 'cause the packaging got broken during transportation. The solution? The firm removed the packaging itself. It's simple.
Next, the question 'What?' is about what to do for the problem. Catching out the principal factors to be handled and making concepts and logical relations.
Last but not least, 'How?' is about implementing the solution. After executing 'How', the problem is solved. Before 'How?', solutions are not concrete but conceptual. Answering 'How?' is like choosing the path to the goal, solution. Using the most appropriate methodologies, the problem can be solved easily.
Three steps should be executed sequentially. 'How?' after 'What?'. 'What?' after 'Why?'
